Get started in 3 steps
Connect your eBay store
Open the connect page and follow the steps. You only do this once.
- Enter your name and email for receipts and account notices.
- Sign in on eBay's own page. No eBay account yet? You can create one there.
- Give your store a nickname.
- Pick the shipping location your items ship from, or add one.
- Pick your payment, return and shipping policies. These are the eBay settings every listing needs. If you don't have any yet, FlipTide creates a starter set for you.
- Sign in to FlipTide. Your AI assistant uses this same login.
Add FlipTide to your AI assistant
In Claude, use the button. It opens Claude's connector form with FlipTide already filled in.
In ChatGPT or another AI assistant, add a connector and paste the FlipTide URL. You don't need a key.
The first time you use FlipTide, your AI assistant opens a browser window so you can sign in to FlipTide.
Start listing
Share photos of your items in the chat and ask FlipTide to list them. Review each draft, set your price, then say publish.

Each draft includes a title, description, condition, category and item specifics, all written from your photos. You add the price. Change anything you like before you publish.
Not sure what to charge? Ask what similar items are selling for. FlipTide looks at current eBay listings, not past sales, and suggests a price range. The suggestion never changes your price automatically. You pick the price.
You stay in control
- Nothing goes live without you. FlipTide publishes or ends a listing only after you confirm.
- Drafts stay private until you publish. Editing a draft never changes anything on eBay.
- Looking is always safe. Asking about your store, your drafts or your balance never changes anything.
- Store settings wait for your OK too. FlipTide asks before it picks or adds a shipping location or policy.
- Your eBay password stays with eBay. You sign in on eBay's own page, and FlipTide never sees your password.

- Your first 3 listings are free.
- A listing is used the first time FlipTide drafts an item or suggests a price for it. Sorting photos into items is free.
- Editing a draft, publishing and ending listings are free.
- Not happy with a draft? Ask for a fresh one. The next three redrafts of that item are free.
- Need more? Buy a pack of 25 listings for $29 or 100 for $89. Packs are a one-time payment and never expire.

Questions
Which AI apps work with FlipTide?
Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants that support MCP connectors. In Claude, use the Add FlipTide to Claude button. Anywhere else, add the FlipTide URL as a connector.
Do I need an eBay seller account?
Yes. FlipTide lists on the eBay account you connect. If you don't have one yet, you can create one on eBay while you connect.
What if my store isn't set up yet?
FlipTide walks you through it. It helps you pick or add a shipping location, and pick your payment, return and shipping policies. If you have no policies yet, it creates a starter set. You can do this on the connect page or just ask in the chat.
My AI app can't sign in. What now?
Most AI assistants open a browser window to sign in. If yours can't, finish the connect page and choose Show optional key on the last step. Add that key in your app's connector settings. It's shown only once, so save it somewhere safe.
